North Webster stormed back from 23 points down in the fourth quarter to stun Patterson, 51-47, in the quarterfinals round of the Class 3A playoffs Friday.

The Patterson Lumberjacks put a strangle hold on the District 9-3A championship and a playoff berth Friday with a decisive 42-14 win against longtime rival E.D. White.

The Patterson Lumberjacks will welcome the E.D. White Cardinals Friday in a matchup of undefeated District 9-3A teams.

After starting the season with three straight losses, Patterson has won three straight, the latest, a 40-6 pummeling of Southern Lab of Baton Rouge Friday for homecoming.
