Awards earned by St. Mary 4-H’ers at Commodity Cookery Contest

Several St. Mary Parish 4-H’ers participated at the Annual Commodity Cookery Contest on March 16 in Houma. St. Mary 4-H’ers brought home several prizes.

“Operation Cook” Project Club learns healthy habits

Every month a group of 4-H’ers in fourth through sixth grade get together to learn about healthy lifestyles while incorporating basic culinary skills and being motivated into trying new foods.
