DELORES 'DELO' COOPER-MILLER

Delores “Delo” Cooper-Miller, 76, a native of Gibson, and resident of Morgan City, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2015, at the Morgan City Health Care Center at 5:30 p.m.
Visitation will be observed Saturday from 9 a.m. until funeral services at 11 a.m. at Mount Zion Baptist Church in Morgan City with Pastor Larry Frank presiding. Burial will follow in the Morgan City Cemetery.
She is survived by two sons, John Glen Cooper Sr. of Morgan City and Dalton Ray Cooper of Patterson; two daughters, Deborah Cooper Stevens of Patterson, and Robin Cooper Moore of Morgan City; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband, one son, her parents, three sisters, and four brothers.
Jones Funeral Home of Morgan City, Franklin, Houma and Jeanerette is in charge of arrangements.
