Patterson and Morgan City both earned wins on the first night of the District 3-AA (8U) Tournament Wednesday at Kemper Williams Park near Patterson.
Patterson High School is headed to a first-round playoff game Friday to take on University Lab in Baton Rouge. Sirbatian “Chubb” Charles, right, will be the starting pitcher for the Lumberjacks. Above, he discussed strategy with catcher Blake Dreyer in game earlier in the season.
