LSU senior Vernon Norwood was voted Men’s Track and Field Athlete of the Year on the Louisiana Sports Writers Track and Field College Team. The Morgan City alum also made the list in the 400-meter run with the top time, while he combined with teammates’ for the top times in the 4x100-meter relay and 4x400-meter relay.
