The Berwick Lady Panthers knocked off the Morgan City Lady Tigers 3-0 (25-19, 25-22, 25-17) in District 6-III action Tuesday.
Berwick had four blocks and 53 digs in the victory.
Three of four Tri-City area teams won during Week 6 of the high school football season.
Berwick High School picked up its first district victory of the season and in a few years when it defeated Franklin 23-14 Thursday in Berwick. Jeremy Boudreaux was crowned Berwick High School homecoming king during the school's homecoming dance Sept. 27 at the Berwick Civic Complex. He is the son of Shantel Grow and Jeremy Boudreaux Sr.
