Berwick beats Patterson in straight sets Thursday

The Berwick High School Lady Panthers defeated the Patterson Lumberjills 3-0 (25-18, 25-15, 25-10) in District 6-III action Thursday.
As a team, Berwick had eight aces and four blocks.

'Jills defeat Donaldsonville in four games on Tuesday

The Patterson Lumberjills won their seventh straight contest with a 3-1 (25-7, 22-25, 25-16, 25-21) victory against Donaldsonville in District 6-III action Tuesday.

Berwick High School fell to Lafayette Christian 43-13 Friday in Lafayette. After jumping out to a 7-0 lead, the Panthers couldn’t sustain the momentum. Meanwhile, Lafayette Christian rattled off 43 straight points, led by its ground game, for the easy victory. Above, Lafayette Christian’s Jeremy Joseph runs while pursued by the Berwick defense.
