Berwick and Morgan City High schools each won their homecoming contests Friday to highlight area prep football action.
There’s a lot to celebrate in Berwick this week.
First of all, it’s homecoming.
Secondly, the Panthers are 3-0.
Berwick High School will celebrate the induction of the inaugural members of the school’s athletic Hall of Fame before today’s homecoming game when former coaches Lloyd Burchfield and Ludness Henry
The Berwick High School swim teams were in action Sept. 16 against Thibodaux and again Sept. 17 versus Terrebonne.
Berwick finished 4-0 Saturday at Morgan City’s annual Lady Tiger Classic.
The Lady Panthers defeated Carencro, Sulphur, Covenant Christian and New Iberia, without dropping a set.
