Patterson High School swept a District 8-3A doubleheader at Franklin High Tuesday, including an 18-0 win in game 2 in which pitcher Tapanga Haven threw a perfect game.

The Patterson Lumberjacks postseason run came to an end tonight in Monroe as the No. 5 seed Lumberjacks fell to No. 4 Wossman in the quarterfinal round of the Class 3A playoffs.
Berwick defeated Patterson, 11-3, Thursday in Berwick in both teams’ District 8-3A opener.
Berwick took a 1-0 lead after three innings and expanded it to 5-0 after four.
